JourneyVault

Streamlining Multi-Day Itinerary Management

Overview

JourneyVault is a mobile itinerary app designed to eliminate travel logistics friction by consolidating bookings, offline schedules, and daily schedules into a clean, offline-accessible dashboard.

  • Role: UX/UI Designer (End-to-End Product Design)

  • Timeline: 4 weeks

  • Tools: Figma, Base44, Maze (Usability Testing)

  • Key Deliverable: High-Fidelity Interactive Prototype & Design System

The Problem

Travelers often jump between email confirmations, PDF downloads, and notes applications while managing trips. This fragmented setup leads to stress and lost confirmation details, especially when traveling in areas with spotty cell service.

How I solved it

To solve this delima, I designed the app where users can upload and organized their flight confirmation, hotels bookings, and activity details in one central dashboard. I focused on a simple layout that makes important information easy to find quickly. The app also includes a feature that allows users to view and add pictures of their past trips, turning the travel history into something meaningful instead of lost emails.

The Outcome

The project is still in development, and I will continue to refine and create well freatures for users flows through feedback. So far, it has strengthened my design skills that prioritize user clarity and convenience.
